Jammu  30 May ........The National elections of 2019 threw a surprise for all the political parties where NDA has come back to power again, yet again with a bigger mandate paving the way for Narendra Modi to steal the throne.

The coalition of opposition parties with Mahagathbandhan and UPA leading couldn't break the ice who were expecting to defeat the NDA on the fronts of "GST, Demonetisation and Rafael" being the top issues in the election. Many political stalwarts lost the election with huge margin throwing congress to tizzy.
Soon after the results, there is huge hullabaloo in the party with growing voices of dissent and huge murmurs of resignation of Congress Party President Rahul Gandhi.

But on the other side of the coin, new and emerging leaders have stolen the show for the party with their impressive electioneering in India. Many youth leaders who campaigned for the party remained successful win the seats for party through effective execution and social engineering among which one such name is that of Salman Nizami.

Nizami, an eminent Journalist and Socio-Political Activist turned politician from Jammu and Kashmir has achieved a bigger feat in this election. Nizami who shot to fame after 2014 deluge in Kashmir and  Narendra Modi dropping his name during Gujrat elections. Modi had called him star campaigner who had then almost given sleepless nights to BJP.

Soon after the 2019 election results, a major section of young leaders have raised the pitch for Salman Nizami be given bigger role in the party at national level.

It is pertinent to mention here that congress has managed to win the seats in the areas where Nizami had been given the responsibility like Maharashtra, Punjab, North East and Central India.

He is considered as an election expert and has played pivotal role in Karnataka, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh elections both in pre poll and post coalition strategy.

Kishtwar 29 May ....... A renowned Socio Political Activist from Bunjwah Touseef Khalid Sheikh today calls upon District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Shri Angrez Singh Rana and discussed various issues pertaining to poor masses of Bunjwah . Touseef Khalid raised the issues regarding unscheduled cuts off electricity , scarcity of drinking water across Bunjwah and raised the issue of CAPD Sub Store Binoon Bunjwah regarding the distribution of ration among consumers through employees posted in Bunjwah.

District Development Commissioner Kishtwar  assured that all these issues will be taken up with concerned officers beside directed AD Doda to designate the days of CAPD Sub Store Binoon employees to visit on designated days to distribute the ration among general masses.

It is important to mention that on direction of DDC Kishtwar an order vide No.  410-12/TSO/FCS&UA/DRS/2019 dated 29/05/2019 was issued from AD Doda that concerned employees will remain present at Sub Store Binoon on Wednesday and Thursday of every week.

In the larger interest of public , Sheikh Zaffarullah calls upon District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Shri Angrez Singh Rana and apprised him about the non functioning of all Government Departments at Sub Divisional Headquarter Marwah of trio Tehsils viz Warwan , Marwah and Dachan in Kishtwar district. 
In a written representation on behalf of public , Sheikh Zafar wrotes that it has been physically observed that almost all Government Departments viz Forest, PWD , Social Welfare , Zonal Education Officer, PHE and various others. Sheikh Zafferullah said that officers of above mentioned departments , under the garb of non availability of basic infrastructure have been trying to evade the public affairs which is no excuse at all and these employees are permanently staying in Kishtwar and loitering in the market to suffice their personal interest which has been viewed seriously by the public and in such a case when any employee among of all Government departments comes under scanner on account of his/her remaining absent from duties , the district administration as well as the HOD's of these departments issues suspension orders to them and later reinstated which is the only punitive action but doesn't meets the core objectives of the public relations affairs and this practice of the authorities has no bearing to meet the ends of suffering of common public . 

Sheikh Zafferullah urged upon District Development Commissioner Kishtwar to bring in place a comprehensive mechanism by virtue of permanent establishment of the office of all departments at their respective locations in the larger interest of public of Sub Divisional Headquarter Marwah at an earliest soas public shall take sigh of relief otherwise public shall be compelled to follow the path of massive protest till the matter is not fulfilled.

Doda 27 May ......... It may strange sound but it's true that Bhaderwah is loosing it's sheen and morality of education in zone Bhaderwah where some officials, officers are running corrupt mafia under nook of some seniors that becames a question marks in education zone Bhaderwah.
                 “The Bhaderwah famous for its better performance in education sector and popularly known as Chota Kashmir and Kerala of Jammu and Kashmir that is having higher literacy rate across the state. But unfortunately some teachers are destroying this and putting the future of hundreds of students on stake as they have managed their internal deployment attachment in various Higher Secondary’s, High , Middle and Primary Schools by putting future poor students in dark.” 
              Highly placed source informed that , in Education Zone Bhaderwah, there is mass scale irregularities and misappropriation under SSA including construction of school buildings , kitchen sheds, toilets, playground , land acquired for schools under revenue records and  in mid day meal distribution in Bhaderwah. In an impressive move to curb the menace of corruption from office , various teachers informed that Zonal Education Office Bhaderwah had became den of corruption and irregularities. Sources among which  the mid day meal incharge teachers revealed that “there is rampant corruption in Education Zone Bhaderwah where Junior Assistants and Officials working as Mid day Meal incharge in ZEO Office Bhaderwah are  demanding bribe from Mid Day Meal incharge teachers on payment of 5000 the officials demands 500/= and on 10000/= they demanded 1000 and accordingly so on as per the bills of  mid day meal.” Source close to Correspondent relieved that some times the teachers pays this hefty amount to get their payments withdrawn but it is gross violation of norms to collect hefty amount under nook of some officers in Zone Bhaderwah. 
                Source added that in Education Zone Bhaderwah dozens of teachers are internally deployed and attached in others schools from their original place of posting that causes great inconvenience among poor students who can't get basic quality education. In township of Bhaderwah various Lecturers , Masters and Teachers  have also managed their internal deployment in Higher Secondary Schools falling in towns despite they are posted in other Higher Secondary Schools across Bhaderwah Zone .   A randomly check out was made on the internal deployment reveals the fact that some institutions faces shortage of staff in rural areas and schools are being runned by single or two teachers and some schools are under surplus staff despite there is no official order against their attachment. 
              Source further added that Education Zone Bhaderwah is now becoming rampant of corruption that results the downfall in board exam results of students. Mid Day Meal incharge teachers had demanded personal intervention of Hon'ble Governor Satya Pal Malik and Director School Education Jammu Anuradha Gupta to constitute a team of dedicated officer soas Education Zone Bhaderwah could free from corruption. 

              It is important to mention that a week ago a mass scale corruption and running of corrupt mafia practices in Education Zone Drabshalla was exposed but the so-called Ex ZEO Drabshalla who happens to be I/C Headmaster of High school Dool  had managed his posting as ZEO Drabshalla from 2018 under violation of norms and on behest of some politicians to provide undue benefits to some teachers where corrupt mafia was running on peak.
         Locals urged upon District Development Commissioner Doda to initiate an inquiry in mass scale appropriation in education zone Bhaderwah soas the poor students can see their bright future.

BHALESSA 26 May....... It may sound bizzer that the native region of Former Chief Minister Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad remain neglected on all fronts of developmental issues where a damaged foot bridge is yet not repaired or newly constructed since long that poses threat to every commuters .
Last week 08 year old Mohd Arif  resident of Bhatoli Bhalessa in Doda district was drowned away in flood despite every commuter is crossing this point on very high risk. The 08 year old boy was Ist class student and was returning back home from Govt. Primary School Bhatoli, who while crossing Charnalla river losts his balance  on a single sleepry path  (trangri) and was washed away in river. 
During last year, 3 bridges were washed away in a village Jasho Panchyat , Alni Gangota, Kahaljugaser  but till day representatives and administration failed in taking any step or initiative for reconstruction of foot bridges. 
Locals informed that these regions are falling under jurisdiction  of Sub Division Gandoh comprising more than thousands souls each that remain cut off from rest other regions of Gandoh and other regions during rain and thunderstorms as the bridges had being washed away in flash floods in 2018. Adding that people of area had made temporary crossing points that are without any protection that results in causing  casualties in every upcoming days beside  students are facing lot of problems to reach their schools, Adding that why Administration had became so careless that since long no initiatives had been taken so far.
Local residents expressed their serious concern over the negligence of representatives and administration for not construction of foot bridges in Bhatoli where a precious lives was drowned away few weeks ago. Adding that despite the region having mass political representatives among which Ghulam Nabi Azad, Daleep Singh Parihar, Mohd Sharief Naiz and various others belongs beside area is still back in early man age as majority of population is illiterate.

Locals had demanded immediate restoration of  foot bridges and hassle free supply of essential commodities and urged upon  District Development Commissioner Doda to look into this matter personally to mitigate the suffering of the peoples.

Kishtwar 25 May …….. In a much publicised PIL of Marwah residents who had submitted before the Hon’ble High Court that the alignment of Renai Pethgam road be reconsidered owing to the apprehensions of gargantuan damage to the ancient temple and historical remanets of pandavas which are lying around the proposed road.
Hon’ble High Court in its earlier order against the PIL No WWPIL 3 /2017 had directed the state and Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar to realign and order the executing agencies to review the project from the zero point to save the monuments and the ancient temple which was not even cost effective. The Court gave eight weeks time to the respondents to review the project.

Accordingly the District Development Commissioner Kishtwar vide his order no DDCK/RY/PMGSY/153/17669-76 dated 14-02-2017 directed the concerned agency to realign the road owing to the court directions. But the respondents as per the order remained silent on the order which was again challenged by Advocate Nazim Qazi before double bench Who in turn passed the order directing the respondent to execute the order with in a period of eight weeks.
The petitioners have heaved a sigh of relief after the order which saved both the monuments and the cost of construction.
People have hailed the role of the learned advocate for the cause of general public in the larger interest of the society.

Jammu 18 May .......  One of the teacher namely Mr Sajjad Hussain posted at GMS Piyakul of zone Drabshalla has put the entire teacher community in the state of ignominy . Mr Sajad is claiming that he is district convener of teachers fraternity in Kishtwar district and  a true nation builder. On the other hand he is completely at sea in english language .
“ Here is the screenshot in which he has tried his best to make others understand that he has good hold on english, but unfortunately many of his posts on social media are making troll and fun of entire teacher community.”
The following are the mistakes done by him on social networking sites with respect to english language.
According to him the spelling of Blackmailer is either *BLACK MAKER or BLACK MALER*, and he is the one who uses first form of verb in present perfect tense.

Mr Sajad ( who is popularly known as Sajad English in zone Drabshalla ) uses *s or es with I , we , they* especially in present indefinite tense and surprisingly he uses first form of verb in past tenses.
It is pertinent to mention that how far we can expect that our children can get best possible quality education if we have teachers like Sajad Hussain in our schools, colleges and universities.

Bunjwah 15 May ......On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, today teams of Tehsildar and Naib-Tehsildars Bunjwah / Drabshalla visited different Government institutions to acertain the presence /absence of employees. The team headed by Tehsildar Bunjwah / Drabshalla pays surprise visit to 
ZEO Office Drabshalla, CDPO Office Drabshalla, TSO Office Drabshalla,
Agriculture Extension Office Binoon, PHC Nali, BDO Office Drabshalla, Govt. Food Store Binoon, High and Higher Secondary School Bhadhat, Health Sub-Centre Bhadat, Unani Dispensary Bhadat, AWCs' at Salana,  Bhadat, Nali Binoon, Patnazi, Mallie and various other regions falling under jurisdiction of both tehsils .
Besides the inspection by teams, reports were also sought from field functionaries including patwaris, lamberdars and chowkidars about the status of employees in institutions of their areas. 
Consequently , scores of employees were found unauthorizedly absent from duties and complete list was forwarded to Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar for taking stern action against absentee employees.

While talking to Correspondent , Tehsildar Bunjwah / Drabshalla Shohab Latief said that  besides submitting daily attendence reports, these inspections are and will be carried time and again to ensure punctuality and efficiency in government offices. He further added that the list of absent employees has been sent to Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar and that the employees found guilty shall be dealt as pe J&K Employees Conduct Rules.

               While feeling proud on her prestigious success , Hadeeka Fatima said that it is matter of hard work that always pays and never goes in vain . Adding that despite hailing from small village of Passerkoot, I wants to become IPS officer , that we girls are having such ability of to do so. She puts thanks to her teachers , parents and friends who always supported her in qualifying prestigious exam.

Bunjwah 12 May ,,,,,,,,,,, A philanthropic organisation SHAHEEN Trust today organised a "Food kits distribution Camp" at HSS Binoon Bunjwah, one of most remotest and neglected region of Kishtwar district in Chenab Valley. The Camp was organised by Team SHAHEEN where Molana Riyaz Ahmed Qasmi , Lecturer Shabir Butt, Master Abdul Qadir Butt were Chief Guest and threws lights on importance of running such Trust and institutions for upliftment of poor and downtrodden masses.
 The food kit was distributed among 20 poor families among which maximum were widows . The food kit with one month complete ration including rice, Atta, cooking oil, pulses, tea and other cooking items that one kit costs more than 2000. The distribution was done under supervision of Chairman SHAHEEN Trust Tasleem Javaid Wani, Touseef Khalid, Touseef  Malik, Owais Rasool, Zakir Mir , Shafqat Shaheen, Rifat Malik in presence of Shahi Imam Bunjwah Molana Riyaz Ahmed Qasmi, I/C Principal HSS Binoon Shabir Ahmed Batt, Ab Qadir Butt Teacher,  Shams Din Batt Retired Range Officer and Bhupinder Singh Headmaster GGMS Binoon.
The whole arrangement for this distribution was done by Team SHAHEEN Trust Bunjwah Unit.
It is important to mention that SHAHEEN Trust is a philanthropic organisation working for the betterment of society since 2018 and so far it has distributed plenty of food kits among poors and widows for their daily survival besides other social activities. It is historic movement that Team SHAHEEN Trust visited Neglected Bunjwah despite the condition of Bunjwah road is so worse and road is just like a horse/mule track.

Kishtwar 10 May ,,,,,,, It may sound strange but it's true that there is mass scale irresponsibility and irregularities in Zonal Education Office Drabshalla from last year . The Zonal Education Office Drabshalla Mohd Iqbal Qazi failed to submit the report of left out BLO's in Zone Drabshalla for one month additional salary, who have performed their duties during Municipality and Panchayat election in Nov 2018 .
           As per details available Chief Education Officer Kishtwar vide letter no. CEO /K/2019/2490-2571 dated 10/01/2019  to Zonal Education Office falling under jurisdiction of CEO Kishtwar to submit the report of left out BLO's for one month additional salary with in two days positively as telephonically communicated by Election Naib Tehsildar Kishtwar on 19/01/2019 .
              Source revealed that ZEO Drabshalla failed to submit report since from last 04 months despite letter titled from CEO Kishtwar was entitled "matter treated as most urgent" .
             The BLO informed that we are even left out from additional salary due to lack of irresponsibilities of ZEO Drabshalla who ever fails to submit the report since from 04months.

               While contacting Election Naib Tehsildar Kishtwar Shri Angrez Singh , He said that  ZEO Drabshalla had not submitted the report since from last 04 months and a day ago official contacted ZEO Drabshalla and asked to submit report at an earliest soas the left out BLO's additional salary may be credited as soon as possible. 
           The left out BLO's had appealed DC Kishtwar to intervene in this matter and direct concerned ZEO to submit report at an earliest soas we can't suffer any more and take action against concerned ZEO Drabshalla who fails to submit report in due course of time.

               The trio districts of Chenab Valley in Jammu and Kashmir is known as hub of electricity generation and is generating electricity for across the state and country. This beautiful valley is only used as shield by representatives despite of its major development in the region had became a distant dream.
         *In Focus* Near about dozens of hydroelectricity power projects are constructed and still some are under construction that are lighting the whole state. Throughout the year unscheduled power cuts hits the life of a common man badly as no schedule is maintained by Power Development Department. "In holy month of Ramdhan, state government failed in providing hassle free supply of essential commodities and maintaining rate lists of vegetables, fruits and meats, that are sold on sky touching prices by shopkeepers. "It is a wonderful truth that Chenab Valley is having ability to light whole state but unfortunately is not lighting its home regions of trio districts beside administration is playing with emotions of particularly community during holy month of Ramadan."  
              A renowned Social Activist said that it had now became habit of such administration and government who are playing with emotions of particularly community during holy month and even unscheduled cuts during “Sheri and Iftari” hours are now common in these days. Alleging that we are charging fare of electricity more than 360/month as we have to use torch to see the electric blub as electricity is just like a spark and during  this holy month this spark is also lost during Sheri and Iftari hours . 

               From last few years , on occasion of holy festivals of Muslim community , PDD is playing hide and seek game and playing with emotions of particularly community that shows the stepmother behaviour of Administration across the Chenab Valley.
             It is pertinent to mention that concerned department had installed electric wire more than 25 years ago using wooden poles and till day the wooden poles and wires are not changed as wires are still hanging with green trees in remote regions of Kishtwar and Doda . 
         It is matter of concern to wake up and fight against the such administration who are spreading hate mongering among society by their irresponsible behaviour.

                 The Jammu and Kashmir state is having its boundaries with other countries and states of India in which majority of population is living in rural and mountainious regions . People living in rural areas do realize the importance of education but poverty does not allow them to send their children to private schools and hence they are left with no choice but to remain dependent upon government schools only resulting the fact they failed in board exams as they had not got their education in proper way. 
            Noone can believe that hundreds of schools across Chenab Valley and particularly in remote areas of Kishtwar and Doda district are running under violation of requirement norms and modernization of education sector in this present era of technology where Prime Minister claims Digital India.
                There is no doubt that center and state government launches various schemes for poors and downtrodden students to avail benefits and receive education free of cost in government institutions and even when State Government was headed by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti in 2016, had waved off admission fees for girls students during resigm of PDP and BJP led government in state. As these schemes are implemented through a proper guidance and publicity through social, print and electronic media across the state . Mostly government is giving its top priority to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Other Backward Class students to receive quality education and increase literacy rate .  
                Most of the students belonging from poor communities send off their studies as they are not having any source of income resulting that illiteracy rate increases of such students in remote regions of Doda Kishtwar district in Chenab Valley . 
           Taking a look on modern educational system in chenab valley , " No one can trust that what is happening in government institutions and what teachers are doing during their duties, Are students interested in learning lessons in class or not , Why results of board exams falls in chenab valley ". 
Being a resident of remote region Bunjwah , Opinioning the fact of above said points , " That chenab valley became prey of irresponsible politics and corruption in offices soas maximum teachers remain attatched and had not even visited single times at original place of their posting. These teachers had completely destroyed the educational system under nook of some corrupt officials that starts from every corner to higher authorities. The corruption mafia is on glore in education system as some officers had fixed monthly 2000 to 5000 ration per teacher in across the Chenab Valley and particularly in Zone Drabshalla in Kishtwar district. As Chenab Valley had became hub of political parties and politicians who did nothing in modernisation of educational institutions and on behest of such politicians teachers had maintained their attachment in town as rural educational system had lost its value in remote areas. These self interested politicians opened hundreds of primary and middle schools to give benefits to their close party worker not to poor who were deserving. As the schools were opened through proper documentation and reports and those who were appointed as teachers through Rahber re Taleem or General Line  rules  accordingly . After opening of school , these schools were club combined and teachers were posted in combined school. 
                  It is time that schools in Kishtwar and Doda district are not having modern equipments of quality education and still some schools are opened on fake documents and reports submitted by concerned authorities during 2010. 
             "I would like to ask , that if schools were opened for providing basic education to poor and downtrodden students in nearby schools through a proper criteria and guidelines , then what is the reason for club combining, was it only to benifit their own party workers , Was the documentation fraud when schools were opened, Who is responsible for the same? 
              The poor and downtrodden public of chenab valley became prey of such issues that results the downfall of results in board exams. 
         Beside all these , I have inspected various schools across chenab valley and particularly Doda and Kishtwar district, and see that mostly the schools are in defunct position and lacks shortage of proper accommodation, Kitchen shed , toilets, playground and many more and even some schools remains closed week together,  if they are opened only 1 or 2 teachers visit their and perform their duties .  

              As Govt. had taken various initiatives for increasing of literacy rate in rural areas by opening of various Center state runs Anganwadi and ICDS Center’s but it is unbelievable truth that hundreds of these centers remain closed for years together since from opening of these centers despite government is paying monthly crores of rupees on account of salaries of employees beside there is huge loss of state exchequer on account of essential commodities served in these centers.
            Revealing the fact  "One who is teacher of government schools seek admission of his / her son or daughter in a private school and told that private school teachers teaches well to students beside  government school " . Opinioning the fact I would like to ask them that Why you as a teacher prefers to seek admission in private school, You are having source of income do so , What a poor father can do as He is not having better source of income. 
               Happening so in  government schools, students also didn't pay any heed toward their studies as teachers are not interested to perform their duties due to behest of politicians and corrupt mafia . 
               A week ago , I visited various middle primary schools of Chenab Valley, that sans infrastructure, accommodation and teaching staff and many more despite  concerned authorities are well aware about these issues but  didn't pay any heed toward modernization of educational system . I would like to ask that why representatives didn't take the issue of educational institutions on peak , Why they are in deep slumber ?  If state government is paying crores of rupees on name of salary of teachers , why not they checkout their record of duties and schools .  
              "Taking a look on current educational sector in Zone Drabshalla in Kishtwar district where more than 75 teachers are internally deployed and attached in various schools beside collecting hefty amount on deployment orders. Source revealed that Educational Zone Drabshalla has been suffering badly by the corrupt mafia officers from last three years and ZEO had crossed every limit to collect hefty amount and Office had now became den of Corruption". There are hundreds of teachers who had not visited the school despite concerned authorities are well aware about this and ZEO Drabshalla had fixed monthly 5000/ head and same amount is transferred on account of few teachers who are running this corrupt mafia game in education system Drabshalla . Beside all this Social Activist Bashir Ahmad through Regd. Post file a RTI application in month of June 2018 and concerned authorities keep Activist in lure since long had failed to reply RTI application despite violation of RTI act 2009 . 
                Source added that As per Govt. norms there is no transfer of a teacher weather GLT / RRET even than the corrupt officers had done dozens of internal deployment/ attachment after palm greased by more than 5000 to 2000 / head even more than 10000/head. While disbursement of teacher Grade II order ZEO Drabshalla had collected @500 / head at least from 252 teachers at that time.  

             Beside all this , a tentative list of teachers revealed that more than 75 teachers are attached from their actual place of posting.               Beside this tentative list of attachment and deployment of teachers who are not performing their duties satisfactory , ZEO Drabshalla Mohd Iqbal Qazi is well aware about this matter. In Education sector there are hundreds of teachers who had not visited schools since long .
             It is important to mention that there is huge embezzlement of mid day meal and disbursement of uniforms for students and even the schools are not having land acquired asper revenue record while construction of building beside ZEO Drabshalla had managed his contribution in all types of works and is monthly receiving more than 4lacs as Office had became den of Corruption.
           It is wonderful truth that newly elected Sarpanches, Panches failed in modernization of education sector and to holds meeting with school authorities regarding the issues being faced by them due to shortage of teacher staff, requirement norms , playground and even some Sarpanches Panches are involved in this mafia of absentee culture and attachment of teachers outside their original place of posting.
            Surprisingly my friend asked a 5th class students to spell the words that makes word " Thursday " he failed and didn't know the spelling of Thursday . It is the condition of government school from where a teacher get its salary above 25000 per month .      
                  Several surveys and reports have shown that there are several issues in the elementary education in the rural areas of Chenab Valley in Jammu and Kashmir which includes poor school infrastructure. Most of the schools in villages lack proper infrastructural facilities. Students have to sit on the floor due to non availability of furniture. The school building lacks doors and windows and even do not have proper drinking water and toilet facilities. Majority of the Government schools lack basic infrastructure like toilets, washrooms, playgrounds , furniture, libraries etc. Many Government schools run out of rented buildings, often in dilapidated shape. Poor infrastructure continues to mar the performance of Government schools. Educational infrastructure in schools means suitable spaces to learn which include adequate infrastructure, sufficient space, construction methods that ensure the safety of children in school suited to natural hazards of the region, adequate separate sanitary facilities for boys and girls and for staff, adequate electricity etc. Inadequate infrastructure in schools is a big barrier to enrolment and participation. The over-crowded spaces lacking in adequate sanitary facilities and lacking water for hygiene not only result in dropouts but also have health implications and girls in particular are pushed out of school due to inadequate facilities.
              Resulting the same mostly the poor and downtrodden students remains illiterate and didn't get benefit of government scheme that were launched in modernisation of educational  sector in chenab valley . Will state government take issue on peak or not , it is yet to be mentioned .

             It is need of hour to check the quality education status of schools in remote areas of Chenab Valley in order to increase literacy rate otherwise there will be noone left who can even read a single line of sentence despite claims are made of Digital India.

As soon as the news of corrupt practices and running of mafia in ZEO Office Drabshalla went viral few days ago  , ZEO Drabshalla Mohd Iqbal Qazi tries to blackmails a  teacher by updating weeks old news report in WhatApp Group of "EDUCATION ZONE DRABSHALLA", early today morning .     
                   As the old news report was updated by concerned ZEO Drabshalla , the teacher community across the zone Drabshalla expresses their anguish aganist the ZEO who every times is blackmailing and harassing the teacher community for his pity gain.

               The ZEO Drabshalla is crossing every limit to hideup the scams of corrupt practices being running in Office since from last few years. In Educational Zone Drabshalla more than 75 teachers are internally deployed and attached in other schools by paying hefty amount of 5000/head in every month and same amount is being credited in bank accounts of some teachers who are running this corrupt mafia in Drabshalla.
               Source revealed that the Bank transactions of Bank Account “0312040100001930” is used for collecting of hefty amounts from teachers for their attachments and monthly payment.
                  It is important to mention that there is scam worth crores surfacing in Education zone Drabshalla on account of absentee culture, construction of schools buildings, land acquired as per revenue record , Mid day Meal and others  that needs to be checked out in order to bring transparency .

                Whatever we can say and who shall trust on this , that in this modern era of science and technology and the age of 21st century , several regions in Kishtwar constituency remain neglected by Centre and State Government  from Independent India .             
             To whom we blame and who will stand with poors , that may sound  strange but its true that , "Calling it as mordern age of science and technology or early man age , Marwah Dachan Warwan residents awaits basic amenities" . 
          The author is unknown from said village , but having a documentary shots and exclusive interview of residents from Marwah Dachan Warwan , surprised that how poor and downtrodden masses are living in this modern era as they are deprived of their basic rights .
             In an exclusive chat with prominent Social Activist from Marwah Dachan Warwan Sheikh Zafferullah said that the whole region is falling under jurisdiction of Kishtwar district in 51 Kishtwar Assembly segment having its own status and natural beauties , remain neglected by State Government from its Independence  as representatives didn't pay any heed toward these regions . The above said residents are still living their life like early man as they are being deprived of basic rights . 
             Having a ray of hope to raise their voices without any caste, creed, colour, and religions claims that they are not  having the right of Democratic India as they are being deprived from basic rights and awaits basic amenities . Among the residents of Marwah Dachan Warwan, they informed that we are not having road connectivity as we have to shouldered patients and pregnant ladies to reach  District Hospital Kishtwar from where we have to lift them to Government Medical College Jammu.       
             Residents added that you can think what we have to do in case of emergency and accidental cases , How we have to reach Hospital for treatment , Are we not humans ?   Residents of Marwah Dachan Warwan asked state government that whatever you shall feel when your relative pregnant women shall give birth to a baby child when she is on its way to Hospital , Is Humanity alive in you and You being a ruler of Jammu and Kashmir state I have right to ask question and What will happen with you if such incidents happened to anyone of your relatives  ?  
            As per the details that "Roads are called backbone of development , Unfortunately Marwah Dachan Warwan is still not connected with District Headquarter Kishtwar and rest with State by road connectivity as the work was started in few decades ago but till day concerned agencies failed in construction of road . It is unknown to we peoples weather the road is under JKPCC,  PMGSY or any other department. Will the Marwah Dachan Warwan get road connectivity it is yet to mention ?  
              The educational system is completely defunct in Marwah Dachan Warwan as only Government Higher Secondary school is established from last several decades that is running under violation of teaching staff , lack of accommodation / classrooms, playground and other educational systems . From where students after passing class 12th examination send off their studies as they are not having highly source of income to study on rented accommodation at Kishtwar or Anantnag . Will the  Higher Secondary and shall all posts filled , It is yet to mention?  Adding that some schools lacks the accommodation of building as few days ago a visual on social media went viral when a girl student appeals State Administration for early sanctioning of schools building and modernization of educational system in remote areas.
                Negligence of Public Health Engineering Department ( PHE ) or else other , concerned department receiving water bills timely from these poor , Marwah Dachan Warwan is still facing scarcity of safe drinking water as no proper pipeline is installed from Independence , besides they have to fetch water for springs or nallas for their daily use as this is question mark against said department . Will the  new pipeline installed and shall the residents gets safe drinking water , it is yet to mention ?  Whatever we can say "Digital India or Stone age" Power Development Department ( PDD ) had became only a name for Marwah Dachan Warwan as few iron poles are installed and rest the electrification had not yet completed despite PDD received Award of 100% electrification in Jammu and Kashmir. Is this justice with poors peoples who are yet waiting to see electricity in their homes.  Will PDD install iron poles and establish new stations to provide better electrification to village Marwah Dachan Warwan , it is yet to mention ?       
             Is this transparency or corruption in CAPD as residents had to collect their ration from various locations as no Food depot is opened on proper location , Beside residents faces the acute shortage of essential commodities including Rice, Aata, Sugar, Kerosene oil and LPG Gas as they are not getting the ration as per the  monthly quota . Beside these CA&PD dealers / salesman had involved the poors in Above Poverty Line (APL) category who are having their monthly income below 4000 ,and others who are having political image are involved in Below Poverty Line (BPL) category , that is injustice with poor residents of village Marwah Dachan Warwan  as the ration cards are under correction due to negligence of concerned dealers . Will ration depot opened and poors involved in BPL category , it is yet to mentioned. FallingsFallings under category of Schedule Caste , Schedule Tribe and other backward class ( S C and S T ) residents of Marwah Dachan Warwan are not getting the benefits under SC / ST quota from various sponsored schemes . Will be the residents get benefit of category , it is yet to mention ?  Under the Prime Minister flagship programme of Swatch Bharat Abhiyan , Rural Development Department failed in construction of Toilets , developmental works and cattle turfs under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) schemes . Beside these few developmental work takes place for public interest as the work that were taken were for their own intrest of employees in RDD . Will the proper works taken under MGNREGA and shall transparency comes in RDD , it is yet to mention ?
               Under the centrally sponsored scheme Social Welfare Department failed in opening of Aanganwadi and Balwadi centers for infants and the benefits for pregnant women is denied from said programme . Why not such centers established for cause of poors , Will such centres established or not , it is yet to mention ? In Marwah Dachan Warwan Higher Secondary school is running under violation of staff,  requirement norms and many more resulting that mostly the students remains illiterate . Beside all these facts and grevicences of Marwah Dachan Warwan it is yet mention that " Is it part of Democratic India or not " ? Who is responsible for negligence of Marwah Dachan Warwan?  Will the residents of Marwah Dachan Warwan gets response,  it is yet to mention .

Kishtwar  05 May....... Hailing from a conflicted zone where from last year whole township is running under turmoil of violence and terrorism among which some dignified personalities sacrifices their lives for society. A boy from my home district secured 86% marks in CBSE class 12th exam of which the result was declared few days ago. Mohd Iefan Najjar who happens to be son of newly elected Councillor in Kishtwar Municipality Constituency secured 86% despite whole township was facing threat of terrorism . 

In a brief conversation with media , Mohd Iefan said that , I am hailing from town that is having a historic history in past of communal harmony and brotherhood where Kishtwar is known as  place of sufies and saints . Adding that we have respond such mischievous elements by cracking such prestigious exams and aims to create bond of brotherhood among all communities living in Kishtwar and entire Chenab Valley. In response to a question , Mohd Iefan said that , I wants to become IAS so as I can serve society in better way.
It is important to mention that Mohd Iefan is son of Sajjad Najjar who was elected as Councillor of Kishtwar Municipality Constituency 74 and had breaks all records to bring transparency and accountability in every nook and corner of Kishtwar district.

Bhalessa 04 May ......A philtrophic organisation, SHAHEEN Trust organised a debate competition on "Women Empowerment"  at Govt GHS Budhli in which 25 contestants from different  Schools participated.The Chief Guest of the programme was Tehsildar Chilli Pingal Sh Daljeet Singh Parihar. The main goal of organising this programme was to raise awareness about the empowerment of women as well as providing platform for co-curricular activities to young students . In this programme Mahesh Manhas a trustee of SHAHEEN Trust highlighted the role and achievements of SHAHEEN Trust . Tehsildar Sh Daljeet Singh Parihar in his speech appreciated the work of SHAHEEN organisation as well as the performance of participants. He extended all means of help for the organisation. Chairman SHAHEEN Trust Tasleem Javaid Wani presented the vote of thanks and also spoke on the importance of "Women Empowerment.

Stage Secretary of the programme was Sheikh Shabir whereas  judges for the debate were Ganesh Singh, Zubair Ganie and Mahesh Manhas. The Secondary Level Ist prize was given to Rohail Younes Malik student of Govt GHS Budhli whereas 2nd prize was given to Faisal Ishaq Malik student of Govt GHS Budhli and 3rd prize to Iqra Tabassum student  HSS Jakyas. Meanwhile the
Primary and Upper Primary level 1st Prize was given to Nirmal Rana (New Light Accademy Jakyas) 2nd Prize to Manali (New Light Accademy Jakyas) and 3rd Prize to Mohd Asif (GRC Accademy Bammu).  

Various other prominent personalities were present on occasion among which includes President SHAHEEN Trust Touseef Malik, Ishaq Rashid District President JKRETTF,  Younes Rashid Mir Chairman JAKESPAS , Danish Malik Sarpanch pyt Budhli , Aslam Malik , Arif Naik Principal JFS Memorial, Zubair Ganie, Vijay Singh IC HM UPS Kalamul , Shafqat Koka, Ruqayya Begum and Akhtar Begum.

As early the whistle blower flashed a news titled "ZEO Office Drabshalla became den of Corruption Officer failed to reply RTI application from last 11months " the so called officer tries to tarnish the image of whistle blower and by passing a comment on social networking site writes that office had not received any kind of RTI application and whistle blower is demanding 2 lacs from his possession . Producing the evidences on running his corrupt mafia in Office , ZEO Drabshalla is using false and fabricated statements to mislead the society .

It is important to mention that there is huge embezzlement of mid day meal and disbursement of uniforms for students and even the schools are not having land acquired asper revenue record while construction of building beside ZEO Drabshalla had managed his contribution in all types of works and is monthly receiving more than 4lacs as Office had became den of Corruption.
While talking to DC Kishtwar Shri Angrez Singh Rana on running of corrupt mafia in ZEO Office Drabshalla , He assured that District Administration had appointed Nodal Officer to curb the corrupt practices and absentee culture in government offices and assured  that action will be taken according to law and all erring officers will be booked and treated with iron hands.

Kishtwar 03 May ..... In violation of norm under Right to information act 2009 , Zonal Education Officer Drabshalla failed to reply RTI application filed by whistle blower in month of June 2018 . Despite repeated requests were made to concerned heads but till day they keep Activist in lure that reply will be send through registered post and ask activist to wait for a week . RTI Activist while addressing media said that I various times approached office but they ask me to wait for week despite more than 11 months passed away and concerned authorities failed to reply RTI application .  

Adding that ZEO Office Drabshalla had became hub of corruption and nepotism where more than 75 teachers are attached under nook of pram grazing amount to authorities in account of some teachers who are hand in gloves with authorities. It is important to mention that ZEO Office Drabshalla had fixed monthly payment for teachers who are not performing their duties and even didn't had visited schools from their posting. 

Source close to Correspondent releaved that hundreds of teachers had paid 500 to authorities for their second grade teaching order and had managed monthly payment of 2000 to 5000 / teacher for their attachments in other schools despite there is no provision of transfer of teachers under RET. 
Local urged upon District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Shri Angrez Singh Rana to personally intervene into this matter and iniatiate inquiry of honest and dedicated Officer to curb this menance of corruption from society and book erring officers according to law.

                Hailing from remote region Bhalessa of Chenab Valley , Sadaket Malik proves that we are citizen of Republic India and can raise voice against injustice and can achieve the goals in life. On the earth planet , Every parent after giving birth to their new one child are having a ray of hope as they thought they achieve a diamond from Almighty . 
             In one of such case , Sadaket Malik had a unique biography that no-one have to face troubles . His family belongs from middle class and were residing in village Soti of Bhalessa area in Chenab Valley of Jammu and Kashmir state and had faced very tough time as militancy was at  peak in erstwhile during 19th century .

      Sadaket Malik is the founder, crusader and benefactor of  NSWA NGO). Born in a small village in Jammu and Kashmir called Bhalessa, Sadaket Malik originally hails from a town called Bhalessa. His vision to mainkind is clear’. He has always performed his roles of an informed and responsible citizen. Be it the social work in college days, It is evident from his appreciation letters, palethora of articles published internationally.
         Remained associated with Nehru Yuva Kendra Doda in 2003 and got District Youth Award-2003-2005 from Dy. Commissioner Doda.
He joined Peoples Union for Civil Liberty (PUCL) in 2007. Worked as Coordinator IGNOU Bhalessa centre in 2006 and was elected  as a Visiting Research Fellow of Third World  Centre Philippine in 2009 to study the Peace keeping Operations and Human Conflicts in J&K.
          His articles seemed published in leading papers like  Employment News New Delhi, Daily Excelsior Jammu, Kashmir Times Jammu, State Times Jammu, and one Online web magazines like www.merinews.com. www.articlebase.com www.employmentnews.com www.indiaedunews.com
             He is passionate about social work which includes work that reaches the masses. His journey for social change began in his school days where he worked for Orphans and physically challenged people at Doda District.
            In 2003, He was awarded a medal for his social and humanitarian activities by the Vice Chancellor of University of Jammu and that encouraged him even more. He was involved with Akhil Bharat Rachnatmak Samaj headed by Dedi Nirmalla Deshpande for more than seven years (2001-2007) and continued to work as a president (ABRS Student Wing) and won many accolades for his efforts. He was conferred “Gandhi Doot Madel by Dedi Nirmalla DeshPande.  
            He then paved his way to Jammu University where he involved himself in the leadership process by the very first year. He worked as the Working President of Govt. Degree College Union  Bhaderwah and later became the president of National Service Scheme wing of the college.
             It was under his able guidance and leadership that Bhaderwah College NSS wing reached new heights and achieved great goals. 120 hours service was rendered by the volunteers in the villages adopted, under which He inspired many by organising health checkups, blood donation camps and education campaigns.
            Education has been a very important concern for him. He moved a Proposal for the setting up of IGNOU Special Centre at Bhalessa and finaly got approval for the same. The need was to make education accessible in the inaccessible area like Bhalessa.
              He founded NGO- Students Welfare Association Bhalessa (SWAB) and got it registered from J&K state government in 1999 when he was student in Government Higher Secondary school kilhotran. He Worked as Group Leader of NSS Unit of Bhaderwah College.
           He served as Working President of Govt. Degree College Bhaderwah in 2003-04 and pleaded the cause of students, He was appointed as a Departmental Representative (DR) of Department of Education University of Jammu in 2005.
                He established IGNOU Special Study Centre in Bhalessa after getting approval from Ministry of HRD and IGNOU New Delhi, and Worked as Coordinator of centre from July 2006 to Jan. 2009.
             He has been working with the Web since 2008 and online Magazines like American Chronicle, California Chronicle (www.americanchronicle.com/authors/view/5357) The Meri News (www.merinews.com/cj/sadaketmalik). The NVO News (http://nvonews.com/nvo-team/) and other 20 media houses as freelancer. Sadaket’s Articles are published in CNN, Meri News, India Post, India News, Kashmir Times, Daily Excelsior, Employment News, Article Base, Amarican Chronicle. His area of writing covers Education, Hindu-Muslim relations and Kashmir Affairs. Some National repute Newspapers of the Government like The Employment News New Delhi has granted to him a space as Paid career columnist.
            He has used his literary skills by being part of various magazines published under his leadership with social messages as an NSS leader and part of various other NGOS. 
            After graduation he enrolled himself into Masters Degree Programe in Education from University Campus and started his work for a larger impact. He believes in change that can be pursued and felt by all. He wants each and every one to be part of that change.
             He initiated a Roadmap called “Roadmap for achievable Motherhood” for Bhalessa so as to unite the scattered  and inaccessible areas of Bhalessa. Under the guidance of Dedi Nirmala DeshPande a peace initiative to establish peace in the area. He has worked compassionately with several organizations and his activities were noted by  UNESCO. 
            He has been part of numerous events for the empowerment and emancipation of women. Youth and Rural strata. He has put in efforts to throw light on the socio-educational and political convas of the area.
               Sadaket- a writer par excellence is exclusively writing on India’s educational policy parameters as it clearly shows from his plethora of articles published in National and International magazines.
In the booklet entitled “Roots of Bhalessa” Sadaket has tried to bring alive past and present of the tranquil land that has been the arena of his young life.
        In short , Sadaket Malik is working with an aim to provide helping hand for every helpless and to fight for basic rights of every citizen of India .

 Bhalessa 02 May .......... Hailing from remote Gulwar Tandla in Bhalessa region of Doda District, Nadia Javaid bags 82 % marks in Class 12th CBSE exam  of which the result was declared today. Nadia was student of JNV Arnora School Ghat Doda
             While feeling proud on her prestigious success , Nadia said that it is matter of hard work that always pays and never goes in vain . Adding that despite hailing from small village of Bhalessa I wants to become IPS officer , that we girls are having such ability of to do so.
She puts thanks to her teachers , parents and friends who always supported her in qualifying prestigious exam through CBSE .

             It is important to mention that Nadiya Javaid had written somany poetic pharagraphs on current socio political environment across Chenab Valley and abroad Jammu. She is having writing skills on current affairs also .
